TRAINING & JOB ASSISTANCE DISCLAIMER

ENROLLMENT ELIGIBILITY

  • Candidates should be a minimum Graduate from a recognized university with 50% and above marks in 10th, 12th and Graduation.
  • The age upto 24 years if Graduate & upto 27 Years if Post Graduate. With relevant experience we can consider age after the screening round.
  • It is compulsory that the education must be regular with a 2 year gap allowed in the education if there is a valid reason.
    Should be flexible for location.
  • Good communication skills and pleasant personality is a mandate.

FEES PAYMENT MODE & REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Upon enrollment, candidates receive fee structure details like Lumpsum, Installment or Loan EMI and can pay via Cash, Card, Cheque, or online as advised by the counselor.
  • If a candidate’s cheque bounces, they must pay the due amount along with a Rs. 650/- fine for cheque bounce charges.
  • If dues remain unpaid for 15 days, services will be withdrawn.
  • If for any reason candidates need to cancel training admission within 2 Days from the date of enrollment, there will be no charges incurred, and any part payments made will be fully refunded to them.
  • In the event that a candidate needs to cancel his / her admission after 2 days of enrollment and before training starts they will be required to pay registration charges.
  • Once the training starts, changes in residence, discontinuation of studies, or other reasons are not grounds for refund or cancellation.

EDUCATION LOAN PROCESS

If the candidate opts for Education Loan (EMI) policy for the payment of training his or her has to duly follow the below mentioned points:

  • Timely payment of loan EMIs as per the financial agreement terms recommended by Finance Company.
  • If an education loan is taken and the candidate needs to cancel the loan and admission within 2 Days from the date of loan process, they will be required to pay processing charges.
  • In the event that candidates need to cancel the admission after 2 Days of enrollment, they will be required to pay Interest charges and Advance EMI as a Cancellation charges.
  • Furthermore, once the training starts, neither your training nor your education loan will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
  • Edubrate is not liable to refund any LPD charges applied due to delayed payments to the financial institution.
  • Edubrate serves as a facilitator for educational or personal loans between its students and NBFCs. All liabilities related to the loan are the sole responsibility of the borrower. Edubrate bears no liability concerning the loan provided to the borrower.
  • All charges and EMIs are to be borne by the borrower. Candidates are advised to maintain a good CIBIL score to avoid KYC discrepancies during selection processes facilitated by Edubrate with Banks/Financial institutions.

JOB ASSISTANCE DISCLAIMER

  • EDUBRATE provides you training in BFS Sector and the fee charged is exclusively for the training component and there is no placement fee component.
  • Job Assistance is available only for programs explicitly labeled as “100% Assistance Program,” regardless of the technology or subject matter. If a program is named as a Job Assistance program, the following terms and conditions will apply. Candidates must adhere to these terms to receive the services described.

Eligibility:

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in India according to Government of India guidelines.

Mandatory Internship:

  • Participation in the internship provided by Edubrate is mandatory for all candidates in the Job Assistance program.
  • Job Assistance will be offered only after the successful completion of the projects or internship.

Assignment Completion:

  • Candidates must complete at least 60% of the assigned tasks, projects, or assignments in the program.
  • To be eligible for Job Assistance, candidates must achieve a minimum grade of 60% on these tasks.

Timely Submission:

  • Job Assistance is contingent upon the candidate completing all required assignments and submissions within the stipulated time frame, which is defined as the number of months from the program’s end date.

Training Completion:

  • Candidates successfully completing the Final Certification Examination and meet above expectations would be eligible for the 100% Placement Assistance by EDUBRATE.

Grading Criteria:

Grades will be determined based on the following:

  • Assignment Submissions
  • Project Submissions
  • Internship Completion
  • EDUBRATE and Placement team do not guarantee any specific CLIENT or LOCATION or minimum / maximum salary package, or specific Job role on behalf of the client organizations.
  • EDUBRATE or the Placement team are committed to provide assistance to the candidates in getting gainfully employed and do not guarantee selection of any candidate in the interview opportunities extended to them.  The selection solely is based on the candidate’s performance in the Test/Interview round at the client organization. Final selection of the Client Organization will be binding and no further negotiation or discussions on selection or after the interview will be entertained under any circumstances.
  • It is further made clear, EDUBRATE assists the candidates joining the program for developing their skills & gaining Knowledge & getting interview opportunities, available in various BFS sectors.
  • Selection of the candidate is the sole discretion of the client organization, and their decision in the selection process will be final and binding. Neither EDUBRATE nor the Placement team will have any role or influence in such a selection process.
  • Once a candidate is selected and his/her final selection is communicated to him/her either by the client or the Placement team, then the candidate is required to complete all the joining formalities, as required by the client organization, in the given time frame, failing which, the candidate will be debarred from the placement assistance, by EDUBRATE and the Placement team.
  • Candidates will get up to 5 interview opportunities, if they fail to attend or not get selected in interview for any reason then the Edubrate & Placement team will not be responsible for this.
